  • Handling Plastics Injection Molded parts, Sheet metal parts & casted parts designs as per mfg. Guidelines.
  • Preparing drawings in detailed as per GD & T standard, manufacturing guidelines.
  • Prototyping of designed components, assembling the pump assembly, testing the prototype assembly for requirements like IPX, Static loading, fitment study.
  • Perform in-depth mechanical analysis and calculations including tolerance analysis, load and fatigue life analysis, ensure consistent performance in safety critical applications.
  • Performed statistical analysis using Minitab.
  • Develop test plans, test protocols, and test reports for product integration testing.
