AR Renewal Specialist
2 Years 9 Months- Manage collection of invoices and invalid deduction as per the service usage report.
- Set up new vendor on customer's respective portals - i.e. - Vendor Cafe, Real Page, Oracle, SAP Ariba.
- Upload invoices on customer's respective portals as per the PO issued.
- Provide packing slips to the customers for their new token renewals.
- Collect Tax Exemption certificate from customers and upload on Avalara portal to credit the Tax levied on invoices.
- Work on new SO's on hold and resolve the ongoing disputes with customer to increase the credit limit & release the SO.
- Send Final demand letters on the delinquent accounts to improve the cash flow and reduce the Bad Debt impact.
- work with the internal teams on customer's ad-hock requests related to Revenues, quotations, new agreement creation.
- work with the service provider team on process improvement, customer escalations and ad-hock requests.
Management Trainee
3 Years 10 Months- Manage collections of invoices and invalid deductions
- Response to email/call queries about disputed invoices/deductions
- Follow up on Past due invoices via email and calls
- Provide supporting/Backup documents for >90 invoices and resolve the issues Connect with Customers on Scorecard calls to discuss the portfolio
- Monitor multiple outlook mailboxes and work on the ad-hock requests
- Research on deductions related to shortage, overage and damages
- Raise claims in SAP P-67/Salesforce for disputed items
