- Maintenance of Mechanical equipment and Hydraulic System of 5000 mm wide Plate Mill to achieve maximum availability of the Plant
- Spare Planning and procurement for the Smooth Running of the 5000mm wide Plate Mill Plant
- Following all the Safety policy and rules at the site
- Condition Monitoring, Breakdown, Preventive maintenance, kaizen and of the equipment of the Mill, shear line and HTC area
- Implementation of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and 18001:2007) in 5000 mm wide Plate mill
- Manpower planning for the proper Maintenance of the Plate Mill
- Installation & alignment of Mechanical equipment of the Finishing Mill & hot leveler as per drawings
- Installation & alignment of rotary parts
- Cold trials & Hot commissioning activities of the 4 Hi-Rolling Mill, Primary Descaler, Hot leveler and cooling bed area
- Preparation and following of the SOP and SMP for the Critical jobs.

- Revival of Austenizing Furnace burners ( 55 burners) and 40 rolls. I was involved in the planning, execution and commissioning of the revived burners and rolls. It increased the efficiency of furnace
