  • As part of my work in J P Morgan, have been part of several teams and handled various roles within the organization:
  • As part of the fraud recovery team was working with customers to investigate and get fraud claims processed, based on the performance was also moved to several teams which would involve work which is time sensitive. Later was also promoted to team which was handling representments received by the bank. The profile involved validating the fraud based on the docs received from merchants and taking to the customer for a resolution.
  • Later was promoted to work for a call taking profile involving the closing of the accounts. This assignment involved inbound calls from US clients who are calling to report the passing of customer and therefore closing the accounts.
