  • Supports the product distribution system and conducts training of channel partners, company employees or customers.
  • Promotes sale of products and services to channel partners and end users and is ultimately accountable for meeting sales goals and market share goals.
  • Recruits and develops channel partners.
  • Manages the contractual relationships, serves as a liaison and resolves issues between the channel partner and the Company.
  • Monitors and analyzes channel partner performance, market trends and competition.
  • I handle tech-freak teams (Direct sales, field sales, DTA - Telesales, Inbound & outbound sales, Inside sales, pre-sales for RFI, post sales, UX/UI) who operates in P&L revenue model, Channel partner management with Dealers, VAD & VAR, ROI calculations & RS distribution management, Supply chain & Logistics, Business process automation, key client account acquisition of SQL & MQL prospects, AOP target planning. We follow certain SOP like SOW, RFP, RFQ, RFI, SDLC, SLA, SRS, FRS, BRD, FRD building reports and identifying ideal customer profile to manage and sell sales processes and tools like SAP, LMS, HCM, HRMS, ERP (Microsoft dynamics 365), CRM (LeadSquared, Salesforce, Salesflare, Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Zendesk), Linkedin sales.
