• Kickoff meeting with all contractor pre-site start work
• Approval of shop drawing made by contractor before starting work at site.
• Making of DPR, WPR and MPR and presenting to management by daily, weekly, monthly and clearing site related issue with management
• Measurement verification and Approval for payment process.
• Checking daily site check list and Quality Reports.
• Approval of MAR form Contractor
• Preparation of Project handbook.

• Electrical work: Internal Wiring design and execution, SB, DB and Cabling Schedule as per load, Load calculation, Main LT panel and distribution panel designing and Execution, HT side work like transformer selection, DG selection, as per project load calculation, Liasoning work with electricity service provider.
• Plumbing work: Internal and external Plumbing system, Water Consumption calculation, Water tank requirements as per building consumption, External drainages system, Rainwater harvesting system, Vertical stack line, Gravity and hydro-pneumatic system of Domestic and flushing line, Fire sprinkler and Hydrant system, Fire smoke detection and Alarm system, Public Addressable System, CCTV system, Data and Wi-Fi and networking system.
• HVAC: Ventilation system, Split high-wall unit, VRF system.
• Interior: Carpentry work, POP & Painting work, Gypsum partitions and ceilings, Tiles/marble/granite flooring, Different types of flooring (EPDM, Stamp concerting, Acrylic, Bitumen etc.), RCC Expose rendering technology, Pre-Cast structure building.
