  • The Lead, Aftercare and Survivor Leadership position assist and support the Divisional head towards meeting
    Aftercare and partner casework deliverables as per the Bonded Labour protection model. The role is build and
    maintain relationships with implementing partners to strengthen Bonded labors survivors and vulnerable community capacity in providing quality care and services.
    for BL survivors at the division level. My role is also responsible to build relationships with key influential
    stakeholders such as Civil Society Organizations, District Government authorities and departments within the
    districts to facilitate strengthening of social services. The role is also responsible for training and equipping of the
    implementing partners to deliver on aftercare; and develop Survivor leaders in the assigned areas, form RBLAs and
    state advocacy and for Global Survivor Network (GSN). This position requires travel.
  • Key Result Areas:
    1. Develop and execute high quality of Aftercare training & capacity strengthening plan for IJM partners and
    government stakeholders in line with the BL protection model.
    2. Network and mentor partners to adapt, promote and disseminate tested and successful IJM models of
    Rehabilitation work at district level.
    3. Train, handhold and equip partners to achieve the casework targets for the year with required documentation
    of all cases and survivors.
    4. Ensure Trauma-Informed Care is regularly administered to survivors by public and private aftercare
    partners.
    5. Serve as a POC for the delivery of Restoration rate of the partner lead casework and to provide support to the
    partners to deliver the Assessment of Survivor Outcomes (ASO).
    6. Identify, equip, and connect restored survivors into IJM’s Global Survivor Network.
