Company Overview: This company is a manufacturer of heavy fabricated components and sheet metal parts for customers such as Hyundai, JCB India Ltd., John Deere India, Wirtgen india, and Volvo India Pvt. Ltd etc.
Responsible for planning and developing new product as per customer requirements.
Review new assembly drawings, and prepare a BOM, cross-check DXF files, nesting, zero-based costing, and negotiate pricing with shortlisted customers and suppliers.
Working on the validation and verification of design, analyzing, and conducting a feasibility study for new conceptual designs.
Managing overall development related operation and ensuring timely accomplishment of efficiency and productivity targets.
Preparing documents such as CP, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, PSW, and submission to customers as per requirements.
Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents.
Co-ordinating with planning dept, manufacturing dept, along with Quality dept to achieve the targeted new product development.
Develop and analyzes statistical data in relationship to assigned projects to determine adequacy of present standards and establish proposed quality improvements.
Responsible for the development and validation of products, systems, and components.
Building involving product issues, supplier quality issues, process issues and customer quality issues.
Responsible for meeting goals and objectives for supplier Quality Performance, cost savings, minority development, and personal development.
Assist with quality problem resolutions.
Handling the Quality problems by 7QC Tool.
Handling and Execute 4M.
Develop and implement technologies, methods, and techniques.
Interact with the Production, Tooling, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Maintenance Departments to ensure the fulfillment of improvement activities.
