In almost 20 years of IT journey, I have evolved from a Developer to a Senior Program Manager/Senior Technical Architect. Initially, I gained technical skills and contributed to coding projects. As a senior developer, I mentored others and focused on scalability. Transitioning to project management involved learning communication, organisation, and leadership. Eventually, as a senior project manager, along with my technical expertise, I led strategic initiatives.

· Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create well-structured project proposals. This involves defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, estimated costs and proposed technical solution. Tailor the proposal to address client needs and showcase the project’s value proposition both technically and from a management perspective.

· Technical Expertise: With deep understanding in the data warehousing world over these almost two decades, I now also handle Azure Cloud projects.

· Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage project portfolios, and ensure alignment with project strategy, goals, timelines, budgets, and milestones.

· Continuous Monitoring and Adjustments: Regularly monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.

· Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, mentor team members, foster collaboration, and clarify roles and responsibilities. Resolve conflicts swiftly to maintain smooth execution.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders, provide strategic updates, gather feedback, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
