- My career objectives are twofold. It is my goal to deliver my duties as Food and Beverage Associate to the fullest satisfaction of all staff members, using my skills and abilities.As my long-term objective, I would like to continue working for the betterment of the company, taking on new responsibilities until I can serve as part of the management.
I have worked in 4 core departments-
Front office -
Worked as the bellboy at bell desk.
Have delivered newspapers, stationary items,or helped packing bags of the guest.
Delivered the luggages of the guests,airline crew to their rooms.
Helped with the guest requirements with information on the tourist spots around Mumbai and travel arrangements for the same.
Kitchen-
Collected the store items for the operations.
Have learned the the types of cuts for vegetables and meats used especially in the Stax restaurant.
Have refilled the buffet for the clubhouse.
Learned different types of pasta types and their sauces.
Food and beverage-
Worked for the starters appetizer services as well as the mocktails service.
Did inventory for the banquets and wiping and restacking of inventory.
Have learned about different types of the mocktails base syrups used and their preparations.
Worked as the waiter and busboy for the restaurant Glasshouse.
Relaying of tables,guest interactions,beverage service and food service.
Coffe service, types of coffee,using the traditional coffee making machine.
Housekeeping-
Worked for the laundry department.
Did the laundry folds for the towels,face towels,bath mats,floor mats,etc.
Also went for collection of the linen from the linen chute and other hotels nearby the hotel as we have a huge laundry space.
Worked on the floor in public areas as in the verandas and the rooms for skirting and dusting as well as the cleaning and remaking of the rooms for new arrival.
Restocking minibars,bedmaking,Linen and amenities placed for the baths.
