Financial Management
- Maintain a financial tracker covering Gross Profit (GP), Revenue, and Cost Analysis.
- Perform Actual vs. Forecast analysis for accurate financial planning.
- Consolidate holiday and vacation forecasts to refine budgeting strategies.
- Manage IPPF Forecasting for long-term financial projections.
Billing, Invoicing & Accruals
- Oversee T&M hours tracking and conduct ILC vs. YEM (client system) comparisons.
- Review YEM (client system) reports (provided by Jerry) to validate financial data.
- Prepare billing documents, validate Purchase Orders (POs), and seek approvals.
- Handle T&M contract billing and Fixed Price invoicing per contractual agreements.
- Reconcile Jumbo YEM (client system) account outstanding items (AR) and manage credit & rebill processes.
- Ensure accurate Jumbo volume discounts as per contract terms.
- Conduct Jumbo hours reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
- Manage revenue accruals and monitor accruals vs. invoicing for compliance.
Ad-Hoc & Compliance Support
- Take action on Monday Board items, as needed.
- Communicate effectively via meetings, emails, and Slack.
- Support PWC audit requests by providing required financial documentation.
- Process and review expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage WBS closures and participate in PMO connects for project alignment.
- Serve as a backup for BRT and subcontractor hours tracking.
- Assist with contract registration support, if required.
- Handle UBAR-related financial activities.
