  • Ensure all new joining and left employee’s addition and deletion will be doing on timely basis.
  • Liaison & Correspondence with government and statutory enforcement agencies such as Labour, Factory, PF, ESIC for hassle free running of the plant and machinery.

HR Administration:-

  • Issuing all kind of letters like offer letters, Appointment letters, Appraisal letters, Experience letters, Relieving letters etc.
  • Creating appointment ID’s of new joined employees.
  • Maintaining employee database in software on monthly basis.
  • Facilitating in Creation of Email Ids, Access/ID Cards, and Salary account of new recruits.
  • Query Resolutions of all employees.

MIS and Report:-

  • Making MIS for all plants review purpose (Compliance MIS, SAP report, Cost MIS)
  • Provided to management all present, absent, attrition, Late coming report on daily basis.

Documentations:-

  • Ensuring 100% documentation of new joined employees.
  • Doing follow-ups with employees for effective & complete documentation.
