• Controlled engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.

• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives & Monitor statistical method reporting.
• Responsible for the quality of daily production of Concrete & Bitumen mix from Concrete B/Plant & Hot mix plant.

• Audited sites to collect and analyze structural, electrical and engineering data.
• Reviewed construction work against technical designs and drawings to assess compliance.
• Coordinated and facilitated onsite consultant, regulatory and client representative inspections.
• Set work schedules, coordinated site facilities and monitored progress.
• Performed duties in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment.
• Managed quality assurance program, including on-site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys.
• Preparing Daily Progress Reports, Monthly Progress Report, Wastage Statement and maintaining the record as per ITP and ISO 9001: 2008.

• Conducted Laboratory tests on aggregates, sand, bitumen, concrete, cement.
• Supervised the overall working of Hume Pipe Horizontal Fabrication yard & took charge of the plant.
• Monitoring the production of RMC batching Plant and Hot Mix Plant.
• Making and Praparing all the tesing reports and proforma with desired attachments.
• Quality control of PQC and DLC at site as well as at production plant.
• Interfaced with suppliers, inspectors and clients to resolve outstanding non-conformance issues prior to shipment.
• Prepared, documented and executed detailed test plans, test cases and defect reports.
