• 1- Managing end-to-end Hub & Line Haul operations: Inbound, Sorting, and Outbound.
• 2- Monitoring daily load clearance and Transporter Coordinator (TC) performance.

• 4- Deploying floor manpower based on load projections.
• 5- Maintaining detailed records of all operational issues and actions.
• 6- Preparing RCAs for floor aging breaches and other process gaps.
• 7- Managing India's largest warehouse (Mother HUB) – 6.5 lakh sq. ft., handling 25–30 lakh shipment transactions monthly.
• 8- Analyzing operational metrics to identify daily, weekly, and monthly trends.
• 9- Taking final decisions on damage cases, regulatory/document issues, e-Waybill errors, finance issues, hub aging, and short shipments.
• 10- Ensuring reduced customer escalations by maintaining a smooth shipment flow within the network.
