• Inventory Management: Material inflow and outflow and avoiding any unplanned material to reach warehouse as well as stores, to control inventory levels and avoid Excess stock and reducing damage stocks.
• Inbound activities: Material receipt, Verification with invoice, GRN preparation, Follow FIFO Transferring of items, Invoice preparation of outgoing materials, Follow SOP and Maintain daily warehouse checklist.
• Materials received from the warehouse through WMS system and inward in SAP.
• Materials received on the basis of pick list generated from SAP
• In warding & Out warding done through SAP and maintain the register
• Vendor return stocks returned through SAP, based on the RPO created by Category.
• Inbound , Outbound & Reverse Logistics management
• Ensure all the material reached warehouse in time
• Received materials in time and dispatched to stores in time.
• Process and S.O.P Champion for the region
• Conduct internal audit for whole warehouse
• Maintain Stock Ledger
• Maintaining Housekeeping & Pest control activities of entire ware house on daily basis
• Training and developing new members about the process and procedures
• Exhibited total control over stock inventory
• Ensure proper upkeep of the store warehouse in terms of Cleanliness, quality and Availability
• Maintaining 5s on regular basis

• Carried out the internal department SAP Functions
• Configuration of Goods Receipt, Stock Transfers, Sales Invoices and Goods Issue.
• GRN booking, DAD (In transit damage, Short,)
• MIRO and SIT reports.
