• Provide end-to-end support for PCBA manufacturing, including process validation, product validation,
  PPAP approval, and continuous improvement at EMS partner sites
• Lead project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and product quality
• Align capacity calculations, validate NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) and CAPEX (Capital Expenditure)
  requirements
• Support EMS factories in failure analysis, using techniques such as SEM, EDX, Cross-Sectioning, Ionic
  Contamination, and Strain Gauge Analysis
