I’m professional with over all 16 years experience in the automobile industry. (Specifically to Engine Dyno testing lab & Vehicle on Road Test).

ROLE OF MY DESIGNATION IN FORD INDIA & JAYEM AUTOMOTIVES LTD:

· Operation control of Test cells, PCM Flashing for calibration file, Problem analyzing & Trouble shooting, Reporting with Management and Team Members. (Report for Example Engine components was broken, oil leakages area, cylinder bore, Piston weariness measurement report & Tear down report sent to Head Of the department).

· Engine performance Test (Full throttle performance test), Endurance Test, Engine Fatigue test ,Thermal cycle Test, CDC Cycle, Engine Stop & Test, Blow by test, Engine Component Failure, hot shock & Cold shock Test, Analysis and validation on engine components.

· Vehicle performance trials, emission trials, fuel economy test for Light & Commercial vehicle.

· Pre Planning the work schedule & test bed improvement in next month for our department.

Projects Involved:

· 1.2L XETA 65Ps, 475 MPFI 100Ps, 85Ps, 70Ps, 1.6L SIGMA HC & LC, 1.4 Sigma HC & LC, 1.19 Sigma, 1.2 Dragon, 1.5L Dragon BS-III, IV & VI , 1.0L Fox for all Petrol engines testing in My Knowledge.

· 475 IDI NA, 475 IDI TC, 475 IDI TCIC, 1.4L DICOR, 1.5L NA, 497 TCIC, 4SP Diesel , 1.4L Stage-III, I.4L Euro-IV , BS-IV & 1.5L BS-IV, BS-VI , Euro – V & VI Diesel , 3.0L Panther Engines testing in my knowledge.
