fx confirmations and settlements collateral management

• Processing FX transactions in Aladdin booked by FO and processing various amendments made by the client or Broker and settling the trade with custody. through SWIFT MT instruction for cash and Trade Settlement.
• Monitoring timely Confirmation and Settlement of FX (Spot, Forward and NDF) trades and setting up of settlement instructions on ALERTs.
• NDF Trades fixing by confirming the rates through Bloomberg and closing the deals. Calculating netting. Working on swift, fax confirmation and Instructions.
• Supervising Collateral Responsibilities for US Market include Trade confirmation settlement, performing position reconciliations.
• Monitoring, issuing and responding margin calls, where collateral assets are pledged or received versus the firms underlying exposures for risk mitigation by evaluating the risk in the counterparty relationship.
• Review of collateral, position and Cash reconciliation for internal system(s) and external counterparts.
• Preparation of KOP for FX.
• Reconciling the cash as well as security movements with custody and broker to resolve any sort of balance discrepancy.
