• LUMI/GCP based streaming pipeline - Designed and led the development of a real-time data pipeline on GCP, enabling intelligent targeting by processing, deduplicating, and prioritizing ~10K digital signals per millisecond. Ensured seamless execution by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, defining clear requirements, and proactively removing blockers to deliver relevant targeting within 650ms of customer intent detection.
• Batch Pipeline for identifying pure prospects - Developed a high-volume batch data pipeline to identify pure prospects from anonymous visitors by analyzing digital signals and matching them with historical customer data. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize pipeline efficiency and enhance targeting effectiveness.
• Batch Pipeline for capturing campaign responses - Designed and implemented a scalable data pipeline to consolidate multi-year campaign responses from various channels which is feeded into model training and driving priority campaigns for maximum impact.
• Model Auto Retraining Platform - Spearheaded the development of an auto-retraining platform that dynamically incorporates recent market trends to enhance model efficiency. Defined product requirements and roadmap, ensuring smooth integration with regulatory bodies for compliance and enabling automated reporting for key stakeholders
  
  

• Part of Optum's Risk team which is primarily responsible for capturing health risks for 7 million patients
• Designed and delivered batch data pipelines dealing with data coming from multiple sources with varying formats and huge volumes
• Developed a Rule Engine which extracts suspects and screenings for patients by processing a billion claims, pharmacy and lab records to calculate the risk score for members to adjust the payments accordingly
