Job Responsibilities :

• Maintaining 100% equipment availability in the plant.
• General, preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance job planning and execution.
• Daily meetings for job planning, manpower management, and resource mobilisation for mechanical activities.
• Providing HSE, SMP, PTW, JSA, etc. Training and maintaining their records.
• PTW Audit. Daily toolbox talks, and JSA.
• Implementation of 5S in the workplace.
• Reviewing and maintaining plant documents, such as equipment history, LLF records, PM compliance, etc.
• Breakdown report and root cause analysis (MTBF, MTTR, Why-Why, FMEA, and Fishbone).
• Managed inventory and ensured availability of critical spares.
• Reviewing the equipment condition monitoring report, followed by preventive actions on the recommendations.
• Testing for the certification of lifting tools and tackles, safety valves, hoists, pressure vessels, goods lifts, and maintaining their records (Forms 9 and 10).
• Conducted hydro testing of equipment to meet legal standards (Form 11).
• Executed initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Facilitate and support plant-related modifications, brownfield projects, and MOC jobs.
• Preparing BOM, BOQ, and CAPEX for MOC and project jobs.
• Reviewing project layouts, P&ID, PDS, and MDS.
• Conducted PSSR and implemented recommended actions.
• Preparing the annual maintenance budget.
• Monitoring and analysing financial expenditures and budgets.
• Preparing reports such as MPR, unbudgeted expenses, and MIQA.
• Continuous follow-up with the commercial team for material PR, PO, and delivery.
• Review maintenance service bills, followed by approval (JMR, SES).
• Reviewing the rigging plan for rigging activities.
• Monitoring team KPIs and KRAs.

Equipment Handled : horizontal and vertical reactors, mixing vessels, AODD pumps, centrifugal pumps, hose pumps, SFDs, blowers, diaphragm compressors, extruders, palletisers, Nauta mixers, reciprocating pumps, shifters, decanters, mixers, belt conveyors, oil ring vacuum pumps, dry screw vacuum pumps, heat exchangers, screw conveyors, and filter presses.
