Planning & Execution
• Conceptualizing Design and Execution Window Display Concept, Focal Points and High Points to our requirement / budget.
Vendor Management
• Co-ordination & Ordering with vendor for VM props & elements.
• Negotiate with vendors on the cost of the materials
• Monitor the production and quality of the chosen design and ensure that the vendor delivers the display etc. are as per schedule.
People Management
• Work with the VM Champs & store staff to create seasonal floor plans, display points, and implement floor changes consistent with the store layout, customer demands, and current product focus.
• Supervising and training VM Champs & store staff in product, merchandising, fixture usage and visual presentation.
Process Management
• To perform all the jobs with the proper business processes internally within the organization & externally among the vendors.
• Ensuring VM guidelines, reports, checklist, processes & procedures are being adhered to, by the VM champs store wise.
Financial Objectives
• Setting up of quality store in the available budget.

VM Operations
• Develop VM manual for each concept to ensure standardization across all Lifestyle stores
• Develop processes to assist with smooth implementation of the VM dockets across all regions
• Develop VM elements based on the ‘mood board’ of the concepts and the seasonal theme
• Develop planograms for private labels based on inputs from concepts for each season.
• Closely monitor effective window management, mannequin management and collateral management as per the VM docket
• Use Visual Merchandising to enhance shopping experience, brand image and sales
• Device new and innovative show windows and effective instore merchandising that enhances customer interest and lead to increase in footfalls
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of show windows and instore VM for brands
• Conduct market study including competition tracking for latest trends to incorporate in design
• Ensure VM training to all stores across the region. Conduct training where necessary
• Develop comprehensive dockets to support marketing promotions when required
• Create dockets for new store launches based on inputs from concept heads and project team

• Manage the vendor relationship in terms of quality standards of deliverables and timely payments
