SDT Meeting on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Morale & Environment to resolve the previous date issue.
Manpower allocation as per skill level and job requirements.
DWM adherence and Layered Audit on daily basis.
Ability for stage and Line Balancing.
Trained operator for Jishu hozen (Autonomous maintenance) and given training to operator for implementation.
Continual improvement for Assembly processes improvements.
Flexibility improvement multi-model on Assembly lines.
Ensuring adherence of WCQ.
Managing the training of all workers as per schedule and requirement.
Guiding and motivating teams to surpass their performance stand.
Basic knowledge of Assembly Equipment’s and PM of equipment’s, Tools, Tackles with maintenance team.
Resolve the Quality issues that are affecting Process or Product variation.
Hourly Production Controlled and improved production rate by controlling effective issues that reduces the production.
Completion of engine and vehicle assembly target within prescribed time if any rework.
Clear and reduce the Line rejections.
Customer satisfaction through quick response.
Adherence to process audit, torque audit & product audit.
Documentation of Engine and vehicle Assembly (WIS, OPL, JH, HCS).
Ensure good housekeeping ,5S on shop floor.
Analyze result through PDCA.
Andon analysis done on monthly basis.
Establish Process systems which includes Engine Assembly.
Ensuring engine and vehicle build as per schedule & Intended Quality targets in different phases of project.

Indenting of m/c spares.
To provide on job training to the new joined.
Pokayoke in m/cs and equipments for better SAFETY, QUALITY of product

Visits to supplier end for PDI of new purchasing m/cs
