Revamped the MTTD and MTTR metrics by enhancing the alerting fwk based in critical path algorithm.
AI first approach for development and adoption of Windsurf resulting in 30% reduction of development effort
Led the Data agent framework for Coupang based on RAG and operationalization of the product to deploy interactive bots for analytics teams resulting in savings of 600 person days effort only from vertical “Brand Management system”

• Implemented one of largest data lake of supply chain in retail space acquiring data from 100 plus distribution centers, 100 plus Fulfillment centers in near real time powered by legacy databases like Informix , DB2 in Change data capture built on Confluent's Kafka Connect handling billion events per day.
• Led Walmart's store sales and returns transaction platform for 11000 plus stores handling 45M transactions per day generating 1plus Billion-dollar revenue per day across globe.
• Incubated and Lead engineering team to build cloud agnostic (Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud) ETL Data Platform based on Apache Beam at Walmart enabling 800 plus data engineering and data analytics associates to develop data pipelines declaratively
• Currently executing 50k plus pipelines per day in moving peta bytes of data from various OLTP systems like Oracle, DB2,Informix,IBM Mainframes, Files to Data lakes both in batch and real time.
• Reduced the data discovery and touch points over 90% : Conceptualized the industry first idea of "DataVerse" a platform that provides a Meta data search like Google in discovering data assets, social features in connecting associates , Data stewards, Data modelers, SME and teams based on data assets and provides Trust based Usability scores .DataVerse accelerated the search-ability and reduced touch points over 90%.
• Cloud cost optimisation over 50% : Conceived, Crafted and build the cloud optimisation product for Walmart in creating and consuming GCP services like Big Query, Google Cloud storage and Dataproc scale that led to cloud savings of more than 50%.Detection of bad practices
