  • Released office space to multiple landlords, maximizing organizational benefits.
  • Delivered 100% uptime during the pandemic, working closely with the Business Leadership Team, IT, HR, and other support functions.
  • Lead COVID vaccination and back-to-office drives across all locations in India.
  • Delivery ownership for complete site office management, facility management, soft services, F&B service, transportation, contingency and capacity management, security, customer experience, EHS, and E&M operations.
  • Lead the Employee Experience Journey for Site Office Management for all Maersk GSC locations (four locations in India and one each in the Philippines and China).
