  • Ensuring daily overall production as per DPP (daily Production plan) by scheduling manpower in Shifts. Introduction of new products on Assembly line. Planning, installing & executing (setup) for new product on line. Daily audit of 5S before starting the line. Daily WCQ audit & monitoring SDT board regarding Safety, DRL of daily production, DRL of daily Absenteeism, 5S, Daily suggestion, Daily Rejection. Daily updating SQDCM board. Daily inspection & monitoring of pokayoke of important fixtures & tool in working. Working on Customer Issues by using 8D tool. Daily layer audit which contain following important points: 1. Whether the given tools, fixture are in good condition. 2. The operator on that particular stage is cross checked regarding Fitments or assembly is he is well known about his Process-sheet, Work instruction sheet, Control plan, Information regarding hazards material. 3. The operator is also cross checked whether he is known about his critic operation. 4. Operators are asked whether they know about the emergency exit route to emergency assembly point during emergency. 5. 5S of that stage is checked whether it has been done or not. 6. Ensure whether the operator is using his required PPE while working. 7. Operator is asked whether he is known where to dispose the Hazards material. 8. Ensure whether the operator is known of his own safety. Daily work on the defects found at PDI, CAA audit, ZDD audit, CPA audit &Yard audit. Clear the defects & if needed to change some process while fitment due to which the defects are generated, we inform to respected authorized person to have change in process & get it updated in process sheet as well as practically get it done. Ensuring First Shot Ok percentage 95% from line. Daily Production Generation by printing stickers through SAP using Client 600 and booking in SAP Through using Scanner. Daily Process Rejection booking is done in SAP by using Client 500-QM01 & MB51& Rejection analysis &Root cause analysis of rejected products and implementation of corrective actions whichbooked on SAP. This Rejection after is filled in memo & dumped on the month end at rejection Area. Daily Analysis for MD rejection & action plane & discuss it with supplier & VQA. Working on cost reduction of the vehicle with the Best quality. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9000, 9001, 9002 & 9003, TS16949, SA8000 & OHSAS. Working on WCQ by using the 5 principles: People involvement, Standardization, Built-in-Quality, Short lead time & Continuous Improvement for achieving its 5 levels which are the bench mark levels to manufacture & deliver the Best Quality Product to all Customers. Responsible CFT member for DML (design modification list) implementation line as per latest ERC releases. Worked on Defects found to further customer & made some PPT, OPL by discussing with the senior & Displayed it near the operation & educate the operator regarding the solution against the problem his facing while Assembly. In addition can perform for track testing regarding Engine vibration-noise, Wheel alignment, Proper RPM of the vehicle, NVH of the vehicle, Wind cutting noise, BSR of the vehicle, Check Proper working of all the Function, Proper working of Brakes & Check the working of the ABS & ESP. Responsible for 100% PDI clearances on daily basis. Daily defect analysis on BYOFF gate & feedback & feed forward to the concern agency. Discuss the daily Defects & problem at Sun rise meeting for giving proper communication to the operators. Responsibility of torque audit on line (QCOS), Timely calibration of instruments and gauges & Preparing the Master list and calibration plan for all critical torque used for critical operation on line. Make the daily & monthly reports for the consumption of tools, indirect material, Torque audit, Shortages, Rejection CF & MD, QCOS, Maintain of the battery tools & hourly production chart. Torque calibration of manual & fix battery tools monthly with the help Calibration machine for ensuring the proper tighting of the critical operation. Preparing the Quality plans for in process & final inspection according to control plan for various processes in shop floor. Responsible for improvement projects related to production processes Reviewing and closure of Non-conformities found during internal audits. Perform Product, Processand Layer audits Responsible to secure process control for key processes in the production and maintaining records for the same.
