Accomplishments

  • Created a special forum called SHE (Safety, Health, and Empowerment) at Dvara to improve the workplace for women. Organized events and discussions focusing on these broad themes. Achievements include implementing mentoring programs, coaching for women in leadership roles, and setting up regional safety committees.
  • Chaired the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committee for two years, ensuring access to all branches across India and timely resolution of cases. Developed training modules with real-life examples to educate employees on appropriate behavior.
  • Identified and established roles exclusively for women in an industry dominated by male employees.
  • Reinforced organizational values by introducing the concept of GRACE (Growth mindset, Respect for all, Agility, Customer Centricity, Excellence) and aligning all Rewards and Recognition with these principles.
  • Embraced new Roles in Change Management and M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) to expand skills and succeed in unfamiliar areas.
  • During the COVID-19 pandemic, initiated an effort to distribute oxygen concentrators to remote rural villages in India.
