· CBW testing and publish the test report to UK.
· Work allocation to the Team.

· Preparing MIS for all passed and declined report on daily and weekly report and publish to UK.
· Handling urgent cases and email managers.
· Sending the MIS for Look up cases details to UK.
· Case creation for Look up fail cases in CBW.
Under Lien & Debit Activity: (January 2009 to November 2010)
· Collecting the dump from managers and compare with old dump, and then preparing the new dump for the month.
· Finding the default customer sb a/c, using various software like, ctl, tips, I view.
· Matching the customer details using ctl and iview.
· Checking ctl memo, collect now for any dispute related customer.
· Preparing the lien file, and sending the file to related managers for the approval.
· Preparing the debit file for the approved lien cases.
· Before sending for the debit once again checking, memos, collect now for the any dispute or escalation raised by customer.
· Sending the debit file for approval.
· Checking the debit file.
· Preparing the MIS for the month of total lien and debit cases.
Under credit cards processing: (January 2008 to January 2009)
· Internal auditing for Authorization: - VIP, Hot listing, Temporary Limit enhancement.
Checking, verifying, as per the policy & parameters for the Pan India & publishing the MIS for the same (weekly & monthly).
· Sampling of approved credit cards application on daily basis & analyzing the cause of declined application with pros & cons, publishing daily & monthly MIS.
· Publishing the MIS ( weekly & monthly ) for below reports:-
1. Auditors for Temporary declined (TD) application for pan India.
2. Auto Debit: checking A/D cases for pan India.
· Checking the entire process of credit cards from initial stage of collecting the application from the sales to cards generation done by operation team.
