• Co-ordinate project activities involving engineering, supply chain management, fabrication, transportation & installation

Taloja Oleochemical Unit, VVF India

• Shutdown planning and execution of FAP unit, Hydrogen, Lurgi and Jutasama (DFA Unit)
• Successfully completed Revamping of FAP unit Reactor column 22D1 with close co-ordination with L&T Heavy engineering team.
• Supervised and executed RLA & Replacement of Hydrogen Reformer tubes, TFHRU and WHB Tubes, Inspection and replacement of Heat exchangers.
• Developed standard operating procedures and work instructions to define and govern quality system in Process piping and Static equipment

• Prepare MTO for issued Fabrication drawings and MRIR for Incoming material.
• Conducted and evaluated NDT procedures as RT, DPT, UTM & MPT as per client requirements
• Reviewing raw material MTC, IVR reports and clearing punch points proactively
• Monitored vendor work during fabrication and build processes for tanks and pressure vessels
• Updating of shutdown equipment documents, ICR reports & Daily progress reports

• Conducted regular stage-wise inspection of fabrication activities
• Conducted Material Inward inspection activities and prepared MRIR
• Inspection of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels, Furnace, Drums and piping
• Preparation of ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and ISO-18001 audit documents and maintain Equipment history
• Witnessing welding procedure qualification tests, welder qualification tests and its approval of CS, LTCS, All type of SS, DSS, SDSS, Monel, 70/30Cu-Ni
• Completed two shutdowns of PDA, SEU-1, LOUPS(TA2018)
• Prepare and reviewed engineering specification, scope of work, and other document.

• Led cross-functional teams in strategic planning and project delivery activities
• Project Planning and Management of DHT project with E.I.L and BPCL
• Fabrication and inspection of Piping for DHT project in B.P.C.L Mumbai Refinery
