- Processing and authorizing cash/position exceptions of IM (Client) / EM (Custodian) to ensure all have actioned within the cut-off time and accordingly updating comments, recoding, and booking in internal applications.
- Reconciling High Priorities Exception on daily basis from 9 AM EST to 1 PM EST. And prioritizing the super aged breaks and escalating them daily.
- Share movement activity is performed on demand of Trade Ops Team/ Portfolio Management Team.
- Overdraft activity is performed on daily basis to avoid O/D charges occurring in client’s portfolio and managing overseas/domestic account on timely basis.
- Performing and tracking other recon process daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly task like HPE, Principal Only Accounts, Class Action, Interest Shortfall/Premium, Collateral Coupon, etc.
- Conducting end of day checks to ensure all tasks have been completed and signing off task on SLA control tool.
- Preparation of daily processing manuals, updating SOP, training materials, error & root cause analysis, allocation of daily activities, maintaining checklist & error log report, etc.
- Maintaining a monthly tracker of client feedback and appreciation of the team.
