- Setting up Model with GE Mark VIe Controller, Easy5 modelling software, Unity and HMI for all Gas turbines (both Gas & Liquid) in GE Power fleet.
- Utilizing P&IDs, A010PC document, critical parameters and performance tuners for tuning the gas turbine performance
- Testing Gas turbine from Startup to shutdown, Trending critical Variables
- Good Understanding of Gas Turbine systems
- Troubleshooting Model/Controller logic for issues related to software/Model parameters
- Coordinating with Controls Engineer to resolve defects
- Resolving punch points in simulation during Software Acceptance Test (SWAT)
- Implementing Customizations as per software and as proposed by controls Engineer
- Experience in creating low fidelity/loop back model logics by understanding P&ID (Without controls description)
- Coordinating with Requisition engineer for Engineering data when ever necessary
- Adding blocks in controls software if necessary for creating communication channals
- Practicing Agile Methodologies using IBM tool-CLM, Using Data base management tool SVN, Extracting data from PLM.
- Mentoring New hires and assuring on time delivery(OTD)
