• Monitoring and check the Microbiological test (Micro Plating, serial dilution, slant test, swab test, Bacterial culture, viral culture, Yeast culture, broth culture & Environmental monitoring) with process parameters accordingly.
• Checks and control of personal hygiene and general hygiene. Make and implement cleaning, sanitation schedules of the plant equipment. Responsible for line clearance, sample collection.
• Monitor water quality testing (Raw and Product water) as per Bisleri and BIS requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining the outside laboratory sending the Raw and Finished product water, containers, closures testing, etc. as per Bisleri/BIS protocol.
• Checking and approval of Labels, Closures, Preforms, Jars etc.
• As and when required has to visit the Co-packer manufacturing facility, Inspection and updating the quality system.
• New Vendor development.
• Customer complaints handling, Market/Customer visit, RCA (Root cause analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and preventive action report) preparation.
• Handling of change control, deviation, Non-conforms, audits & compliance & Market complaints & Feedback through the quality management procedure.
• Analysis of Microbiological parameters as per BIS / Bisleri requirements (IS14543:2016)
• Maintain the GMP/GHP of the processing line.
• Maintaining and reviewing all BIS Forms/Records on daily basis.
• Maintain product daily Shelf Life Samples availability as per BIS/Bisleri norms.
• Incoming RM/PM analysis.
• Online Quality Checks, Online Process Control, Package appearance of the Product.
• Daily Instruments Calibration like pH meter, TDS meter, Turbidity meter, Thermometer etc.
• Preparation of the solution, reagents, and standardization of the solution.
• Market survey, collection of samples and analyzing and reporting.
• Maintaining the Date & Batch coding of both primary and secondary packages.
• Maintain product hold and release system, FIFO maintain.
• All Co-ordination work with logistic person and support for dispatch the orders.
• Maintaining the quality parameter at the time of working according to I.S.O 22000-2016, ISO 9001-2008, HACCP & FSSAI System implementation and documentation.
