I have always vacillated towards mentoring young students, entrepreneurs and startups. These are ideal activities to enroll as part of the TIE Global community. I have always been an active networker, reaching out to people and participating in various initiatives. This interests of mine has helped me network with successful investors and other TIE charter members from across the world.

I was a non-executive director and investor in Systems Dynamics. I worked 4 years helping the company build its 2 products in the field of Digital Transformation. One was digitizing the blue collar work force capability in a people matching software and second was a enterprise software for various business functions of small to mid industries.

• I gradually became extremely passionate and proud of its activities
• I have been executing various roles and responsibilities in the association including Table Chairman, Area
• Chairman, Leadership and Rules Convener, National Secretary Treasurer and now National President
• Among the umpteenth different verticals, Round Table is proud to have made a huge impact in educating the underpreviledged children of India
• In just last 18 months we are building 107 schools consisting of 450 Classroom, 150
• Toilet blocks and high end amenities, which will impact nearly half a million children over the next 2 decades
• As a National President my role would be similar to a Chief Executive Officer exercising general supervision over the working and activities of the Association
• Some of the major areas of concentration include growth, training and leadership development, fundraising, project execution, brand and image building and much more
• I am resposible for building and appointing a team of committee members and commitee chairmen who would supervise the day to day requirements of individual facets of the association
• I would work with the individual members to build, implement and maintain processes which are easy to follow and have large scale impact across the country.
