• Managed prestigious clients, such as UNDP India, International Finance Corporation, Bayer Foundation India, repsonsAbility Investments, MAVIM (Govt. of Maharashtra) and ASWC (Assam State Govt), and consistently delivered exceptional results.
• Successfully oversaw the implementation of agri-value chain projects in 8 states by managing a team of 50 personnel, with 10 direct reportees.
• Developed comprehensive project proposals that effectively communicated project goals, timelines, budgets and deliverables, resulting in successful project wins.
• Collaborated closely with business teams at Arya.ag to develop and implement innovative models for aggregation, storage, and financing for post-harvest value chains that enhanced farmer organizations' profitability and sustainability.

• Worked with Managing Director and top management team in devising policies for driving organizational growth and performance. Drafted policy notes, developed road-maps and reported on costs and benefits of policy changes to top management team.
• Coordinated with functional units and technology service provider to plan, develop, and execute technology solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepared Annual credit disbursement targets for four years amounting to Rs. 10,300 crores, covering 2.5 million rural women in 20,000 village organizations in 32 districts of Telangana. Devised data driven strategies to assist field team towards achieving 100% credit plan in three out of four years.
• Led a team for developing and publishing a handbook on credit appraisal of 75 rural enterprises and provided trainings to field staff on the same.

• Developed training module on business management for block mentors and community resource persons
• Assisted in development of mobile application for capturing financial performance of enterprises supported under SVEP

• Coordinated implementation of 'Revitalizing Sustainable Rural Livelihoods Project', funded by BfdW, Germany, for supporting 1800 farming families and 900 agricultural laborer families.
• Designed and implemented Agri-value chain interventions, primarily for millet crops, in coordination with Dharani FaM Coop, an Organic farmers collective. Through strategic interventions, the millet production area expanded to over 1000 acres, leading to a significant increase in the millet procurement and the cooperative's turnover, which exceeded 2 crores within a span of three years.
• Designed and implemented financial products for landless laborer families in coordination with Gramasiri Cooperative, a collective of landless labourers. Over a period of three years, these initiatives facilitated the development of a loan portfolio amounting to INR 1 crore, empowering landless laborer families with access to essential financial resources
• Managed project finances amounting to 1.5 million euros.
• Prepared periodical narrative reports for donor reporting.

• Designed and developed prototype for PTO 200, an oil free screw compressor used for powder transfer applications.
