I have experience working with manufacturing organizations (Aerospace & Automotive industries) as well as deep technology start-ups. I am an HR strategist and all- rounder experienced in building high performance teams as well as setting up best practices at the workplaces. I am an inclusive leader with a high sense of integrity and commitment to work. I strongly believe that the biggest assets for any organisation are its people and I am currently seeking challenging assignments in an organisation which has a progressive and inclusive culture.   • Built the HR Function for the organization from the scratch. Growth in headcount 150% in a span of one year.
