· Rooftop   Solar Potential Mapping for UPNEDA (Uttar Pradesh): Developed a Web-GIS   portal for rooftop solar feasibility analysis across urban areas in Uttar   Pradesh. Integrated high-resolution satellite imagery and Digital Surface   Models (DSM) for accurate rooftop shading and solar suitability assessments.   The system allows stakeholders to evaluate solar power potential, financial   benefits, and feasibility, encouraging solar adoption.

· Web-GIS   Monitoring for Coal Mine Surveillance: Led a nationwide Web -GIS-based mining   surveillance system, integrating monthly multi-temporal satellite imagery to   detect illegal mining activities. The system provides automated alerts,   interactive visualization, and reporting tools for regulatory authorities,   ensuring transparency and compliance.

· High-Resolution   Satellite Imagery Reselling, Procurement & Processing (62,000+ sq. km) : Managed the   procurement, ortho-rectification, and mosaicking of 62,000+ sq. km of   high-resolution satellite imagery for government and private sector clients.   The imagery supported infrastructure development, environmental impact   assessments, and land-use planning.

· Agricultural   Crop Monitoring & Yield Estimation (Sudan & India) : Designed and   implemented remote sensing solutions for agricultural monitoring. In Sudan,   collaborated with PSU/government agencies to analyze crop types and health   status using multi-spectral imagery and NDVI-based analytics. In India, led   projects on acreage estimation, drought impact analysis, and crop insurance   assessments for farmers and policymakers.

· Forest   Cover & Wildfire Monitoring : Developed GIS-based   forest classification models, integrating optical and thermal satellite data   for wildfire risk assessment.
