• Overseeing and resolving issues in live services to maintain optimal network operation.
• Maintaining daily fault reports for continuous network performance assessment.
• Perform responsibilities of analyzing network topologies and identifying network performance issues 2G and 4G network

• Monitoring Peering Links like Google, TATA, JO, Airtel, Facebook, Amazon, NIXI troubleshooting following with different ISP for resolution
• Configuring network device for implementing services/ resolving faults
• Receiving analyzing and resolving customer faults reported by Surveillance and other team (DIA, L3VPN, L2VLL, PRI, SIP TRUNK) Customer faults related to Latency, Packet Drop, Link Flaps, Traffic Diversion, Link Migration, Hardware Faults, Configuration Miss Match, Application Issue, URL blocking, BGP Down, VLAN issue
• Resolving complex faults occurring in the network in coordination with field support team
• Escalating major Faults to vendor for next level troubleshooting and following up for subsequent resolution
• Using RADb Application portal for resolving routing problem (add AS-Path and Routes)
• Hands-on experience on Cisco devices Routers & switches like router series C76, C06 M38, A10 and Switches series C34, C35, C37 and 537
• And Huawei devices like W60, W4D & W2D
• Troubleshooting of L2 (Switch level) faults like data routing, Image Upgradation, VLAN Flooding, IP assigning, latency, link down, MAC Address, packet loss, link flap, device reachability, hardware faults and QoS issue
• Fault ticket management for major alarms observed during surveillance
• Coordinating with field team to resolve faults
• Coordinating and assisting TAC Engineers for complex faults and during Pes
• Restoring configuration on newly replaced devices
