• Security Vetting’s – Airport Infrastructure: Oversaw the preparation of security vetting documents to secure approvals from BCAS Headquarters, a critical regulatory requirement ensuring that all existing and proposed airport infrastructure complies with stringent aviation security standards. Ensured full alignment with national aviation security protocols, as outlined by BCAS under the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP).
• Regulatory Compliance: Evaluated airport designs and infrastructure modifications in collaboration with project, design, and execution teams to ensure the integration of all required security measures, in alignment with BCAS guidelines for both new and modified facilities.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborated closely with BCAS, ASG (CISF), the Intelligence Bureau, the State Police, and other security agencies to facilitate the security vetting process. Conducted site walkthroughs, and ensured all recommendations were addressed before operational rollout.
• Documentation and Approvals: Led the preparation of all required documentation, including proceeding reports, infrastructure layouts, and compliance checklists, to secure design and final security vetting approval from BCAS.
• Operational Support: Provided operational support to the Lead – ILHBS, and security compliance teams to ensure seamless baggage screening processes, and adherence to aviation security regulations.
• AEP Authorization: Authorized by BCAS to issue one-day Airport Entry Passes (AEPs), and assisted the AEP section as needed to ensure smooth processing and compliance with security protocols.

December 2023 to September 2024: Lead - Security (Chief Security Officer), Mundra Airport.

• Deputed to oversee airport security setup and operations under a PPP model.
• Led proposed terminal approval by conducting feasibility studies of existing infrastructure and integrating security, safety, and passenger flow as per RCS guidelines.
• Collaborated with the design team to prepare security vetting documentation for the proposed terminal, ensuring full compliance with BCAS regulations, and securing approval from the regulatory authority.
• Facilitated VVIP movements by maintaining high-level security protocols in close coordination with law enforcement agencies, including local police, and the Intelligence Bureau (IB).
• Prepared key security documents to support operational requirements, including the Airport Security Program (ASP), Bomb Threat Contingency Plan (BTCP), Anti-Hijack Contingency Plan (AHCP), and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
