My role @JPMC involves implementing observability/reliability solutions, IT service management, Production infrastructure management, Application support, Acquiring service level metrics and implement solutions.

I have coordinated efficient large-scale software design, deployment, patching, and configuration of applications on Public & Private Cloud Infrastructure as well as On-Prem.

My goal is to leverage my passion for cloud computing, my excellent communication skills and my resourcefulness to create value and innovation for my organization and its customers. Some of the examples of my work are as below:

• Increased the patching compliance of applications from 69% to 97% in the past year by implementing alerting and automation flows.
• Reduced monitoring infra costs upto 20% by using alternative cost effective solutions.
• Helped application teams reduce MTTR by 15% in the last quarter by creating fault metrics and educating about incident hygiene.
• Chaos tested and made 5 AWS applications of commercial banking domain resiliency ready through Gremlin.

Also worked on diagnosis of complex technical issues related to J2EE apps, EJB, Cluster technologies, webservers like Oracle http server, Apache and Tomcat.

• Reduced average response time for critical incidents by 50%
• Made recommendations for performance tuning by analysis of SQLhc, AWR, threaddump and App logs.
• Coordinated efficient large-scale software Design/ Deployment/ Patching/ Configuration and Administration of J2EE Applications on Weblogic 14c.

As a technical lead for a healthcare domain project I was involved with development and deployment of ear, jar and war files for J2EE applications. Configurations of Java Virtual Machines and Monitoring tools. Debugging and rectifying issues by log analysis of Application servers, Web servers, Databases, Load Balancers, etc.

• Developed and maintained monitoring and alerting systems for App/Web servers.
• Worked with weblogic clusters technology for high availability and scalability implementation.
• Involved in managing and analyzing team performance and providing value adds for better execution of the project and resource management.

I acquired experience in supporting applications hosted on IBM Websphere Application Server 6.1, 7.0 and Weblogic Server 11g for Cisco Systems.

• Directed application performance tuning through command line and monitoring tool like ITCAM, Thread dump and javacore analysis.
• Assisted debugging of application issues by analysis of app server logs, error logs, alert logs and Sanity checks
