Private Wealth Management (PWM) department supports Morgan Stanley's Asia and Australia business. Selling Process and Order Lifecycle Management chapter supports Trading, Risk and Post Trade applications. Some of the asset classes supported are Equity, US Listed Option, Derivatives and Accumulators Decumulators.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality of multiple applications released to production within Risk Management and Compliance capabilities.
• Coordinate with Dev and QA team for bi-weekly go live readiness, user demos and sign offs ahead of production deployment.
• Conduct UAT sessions for Business Users.
• Lead a team of QAs for Risk and Compliance.
• Projects Spearheaded DevOps Initiatives at Squad level.
• As a Scrum Master, manage agile methodologies within the squad.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of automation suites for UI, Backend and Performance.
• As part of DevOps initiative, implemented 1-click deployment and Jenkins Pipeline for Trading projects.
• Logging and Tracking defect throughout defect life cycle.
• Publish automation regression reports to management.

Project Overview

Bill Matrix Client Implementation(BMCI) department modifies generic payment gateway product(BillMatrix) based on different client requirements. Payment gateway supports payment methods like: Credit card, Debit card, ACH, IVR. Payment modules eg. Immediate, Schedule, Recurring, Wallet, Autopay are also supported by the product.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand Client Requirement and responsible for quality of application being delivered to clients.
• Involved in creation, maintenance and execution of automation test suite.
• Provides updates to management on testing status.
• Coordinate with development team for defect closure and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and help manual QA’s for executing automation suite for regression.
