• Analyze JD Edwards tables to design Data Warehouse schema.
• Build Fact and Dimension tables in SQL Server based on analysis.
• Import data into Power BI and perform necessary transformations using Power Query.

Automating the process of updating store data in Power BI eliminates the need for manual updates. This enables convenient access to Archive, Current, and Forecast store data, facilitating strategic planning and providing significant benefits to the company.

• Connect various data sources with Power BI.
• Set up connections to data sources using different methods such as direct query and import.
• Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) transformations.
• Create calculated columns and measures using Time Intelligence functions to provide insights.

Problem Statement: Create an end-end user service tracking mechanism to regularly monitor the entire process and provide areas of opportunities for development team.

• Engaged extensively with business users and support teams to grasp entire service process.
• Developed multiple Power BI modules for efficient tracking of service operations, including Quality of Service (Score Card), Incidents & Request Items, Defect Tracker, Feedback Tracker, and Knowledge Management.
• Implemented diverse KPIs across modules to monitor service quality, incident trends, defect counts, feedback ratings, and knowledge documentation.
• Utilized advanced features like filters, conditional formatting, time intelligence, quick measures, and custom visuals to enhance data visualization and analysis.

• Coordinated with multiple departments to gather requirements effectively.
• Aided businesses in continuously monitoring user activity within PLM tool using Power BI and enhancing usage of Spec reader tool.
• Collaborated with business teams to collect various constraints for identifying inactive customers and customer churn.
• Tracked customer login behavior on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Extracted data from diverse sources including SQL, TCL/SharePoint, and Excel.
