• Involved in solution design by understanding legacy HANA reporting solutions from business and coordinated with functional teams to convert & develop them from SAP S4 to HANA.
• Created and presented technical design specification document for 11 solutions involving around 35 report views with solution architect and ensured to receive approvals for the same.
• Worked on creation of base Hana views, star views, report views, stored procedures, table functions newly for S4 mappings and ensured to perform unions with legacy fields.
• Ensured to work with functional team to understand the new functionality when compared with legacy data and fields.
• Participated in regression testing and UAT testing with support team and business to ensure the requirement is met as expected.
• Participated in DR and go live cutover activities to ensure business go live goes as expected and provided cross training to support team on developments to help on smooth transition post go live.

• Legacy Vs S4 Mappings : Coordinated with legacy and S4 functional teams to understand the new functionality of the fields and written logics in HANA to attain report perfectness in SAP S4.
• 3rd Party System Architecture : As part of a solution retrofit, implemented new architecture design involving SAP HANA by replacing existing legacy solution which was using ETL Informatica as reporting layer to support legacy to SAP S4 migration by implementing complex HANA procedures.
• Functional Gap : Implemented a new logic in HANA by getting data from l2 systems(DIH, JAMS) for a functionality that is missed in SAP S4. Conducted work sessions with business and verified the logic.
• DR2 and Go live Activities : Analyzed and identified the cutover plan to be performed for all 25 solutions during go live and presented it to business owner, 3rd party system teams and L2 systems.
• Duplication Strategy: During go live legacy sales order, purchase orders, AP, AR are migrated to SAP S4, and data will be duplicated when loaded in SAP BW so coordinated with business to attain a strategy to remove duplication in BW.

• BO Report Performance : Reduced the run time of BOBJ report execution by analyzing and tweaking backend HANA code.
• New Architectures: Despite retrofit application, ensured to change the design architecture with business approvals and implemented new functionality for solutions that are not compatible with old functionality.
• Reconciliation Automation. Reconciliation consumes almost 6hrs of manual effort, so coordinated with automation team and introduced RPA Bot that execute the reports automatically to send the status of reports on time.
• Process chain scheduling: Proposed a solution to schedule process chain through factory calendar method which reduced the manual effort of rescheduling around 50+ chains every week.
