Project 1: Billing Data Manager

BDM is the combination of the Billing Ops UI Dashboard and the Amazon DynamoDB tables. On triggering the job in the dashboard, the raw data parses to the Amazon DynamoDB in the form of JSON, and it will be stored in the respective DynamoDB tables. Once the Technical Validation is passed, the data will be sent to the summary table, and it will be processed in the process control table, and stored in the S3 bucket. Else, it will be sent to the BDM_EXCEPTION table. From the S3 bucket, the data will be exported to the Billing Platform, which will later be exported to Yardi.

Results Achieved:

• Revamped scripting modules and upkeep, leading to an 18% decrease in workflow.
• Enhanced project completion rate by lowering QA testing turnaround time by 30%, improving workforce efficiency by 15%.

PROJECT 2: Valuations (Automations)

Conducted a detailed comparison of views between Denodo and Snowflake using TOSCA, and later migrated the views to the dashboard. Verified the views containing millions of data points that are exported from the Excel tool and compared them with the dashboard. Performed cross-browser compatibility tests across multiple browsers and platforms.

Results Achieved:

• Developed and implemented automated test scripts using tools like TOSCA to reduce manual effort and improve the testing efficiency
• Automated, repetitive tasks reduce dependency on manual intervention and save up to 25%.
• Proactively identified and resolved defects in the lower environment (QA/staging) using tools like TOSCA, and maintained them in JIRA, thus reducing production defects by 50%.

PROJECT DETAILS: LMNAS - Customer Support Ticket Mechanism Tool.

A CRM ticketing system is a help desk ticketing tool with a built-in CRM integration that brings more context to customer support. It works by establishing a two-way sync between a CRM and a help desk. A CRM-based help desk system brings customer context into support tickets and adds ticket information into leads in the CRM.

Results Achieved:

• Operated within waterfall model, independently analyzed issues.
• Reduced potential business risks through accurate execution of test scripts under supervision.
• Worked with the development team to create a test plan.
• Consistently engaged in discussions with developers and product owners, expanding knowledge of the application.

Project Detail: Dam Health.

Dam Health is an application that is used to book appointments to take COVID tests, such as Emergency Same Day Appointment RT-PCR Test, Lateral Flow Antigen Test, RT-PCR Test, and Fit to Fly (Adult and Child). With the certificates provided by Dam Health, consumers can use them during their travel, and the results and certificates are validated with a QR code.

This is used to manage information about the financial transaction between the individual, the person, the company, and the third party. SS-HRMS Tool is a type of HR software that enables the management of several HR functions through the use of information technology.

• Prepared test plan, test cases, and testing scenarios; install the application and configure the application.
• Designing and developing test cases by BVA, with test design techniques.
• Test the process using different strategies (UI, FT, IT).
