Description : Pandoptimist is a web application developed for citizens by addressing the problems for managing Doctor,Volunteer/Donor/Patient data effectively. The main aim of developing "Pandoptimist” is to computerize the communication between doctors and patient as well as information about the required resources of a patient that is handled by volunteers .Pandoptimist enables you to develop your organization and improve its effectiveness and quality of work . The system also facilitates the pharmacist to enquire about the drugs,beds,equipments .The drug information and the specifications is also provided by volunteers. The main intention of introducing this system is to reduce the manual work at Health center counters. Quicker information of required resources would mean better service to the patients .

Academic Project Title : A Comparative Approach to Email Classification Using Naïve Bayes Classifier and Hidden Markov Model
