Roles And Responsibilities

  • Setting up give-up agreements on FIA-Docs Platform in order to execute electronically.
  • Responsible to co-ordinate with Onshore Client Service team and Business to meet client requirement.
  • Successfully delivering high quality of service to ever-demanding clients.
  • Responsible for managing productivity, accuracy and timeliness agreed with Management.
  • Performing the day to day activities of the process and Monitoring email management and daily checklist.
  • Daily / Weekly follow-up with brokers for collections of brokerage due for settlement.
  • Driving Weekly meetings with the management for the process related issues and proactively identifying the solution and focus pointed by the management.
  • Partnering with Client Services / Business / Counterparties to reduce exception breaks.
  • Partnering with Project team for better workflow tool.
  • Collect, Compile and interpret process MIS Weekly/ Monthly on deliveries.
