Learning Management :
- Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to create, revise, and maintain training curriculum in the ISOtrain® LMS.
- Collaborate with content creators to locate existing files, organize, and manage learning content within the LMS.
- Support classroom related activities such as managing event and sessions, adding trainers, creating venues, resources and custom classroom training request forms.
- Provide technical support to learners, instructors, and administrators regarding content issues within the content package, authentication, browser, and LMS via ticketing tool and mailbox.
- Assist with testing and execution of LMS/Ticketing tool upgrades and enhancements.
- Support RIM specialist for archiving the critical documents and Management of contents in VeevaVault
eLearning & SCORM :
- Ensure content packages are accurate, and content can be accessed by learners within the LMS.
- Deploy the eLearning content created by the instructional designers in Development and Production interface and ensuring it is user-friendly and accessible.
Reporting & KPI :
- Generate and analyze reports to measure and identify trends for different business areas.
- Monitoring training completion by generating compliance reports and communicating to the learner and manager.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), which demonstrate compliance and effective use of the LMS.
Stakeholder Management :
- Participate in regular Stakeholder meetings.
- Support internal and external stakeholders on LMS functionality and usability, ensure timely communication regarding LMS updates and changes and provide ongoing end user system support.
Learning Management (LMS) :
- Facilitate the creation, revision or inactivation of of all training requirements in Cornerstone OnDemand & ComplianceWire (based on International Policies and Regulations) for a (US based Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company)
- Provide regular updates to Process Owners and Third party Vendor point of contacts on the status of all project related training requirements (L1 & L2 support)
- Monitoring and tracking compliance (QMS) of Business, Clinical and Market Research Teams and identification of training gaps.
Documentation :
- Document maintenance and quality review of clinical and regulatory documents including but not limited to communication aids (PPTs and PDFs), training completion certificates, training curriculum decks, other curriculum and forms
- Archiving in SharePoint and internal databases, according to the ICH/Good Clinical Practices.
CAPA & Deviations :
- Internal & External Regulatory Audit/Inspection documentation, Risk assessment (deviations).
- Root cause analysis and issue of Non-Compliance and CAPA, if needed.
- Tracking, identifying and compiling market, competitors or
epidemiology-based information for 2 Global Pharma companies.
- Developing strategic implications of traffic-light-news reports, including applicable team actions; managing communications with the team and external customers as necessary.
- Attending key medical and commercial international conferences with the objective of analyzing clinical data and speaking to delegates and experts on assigned topics.
