● Managing Fulfillment Center & logistics operations, Processing Operations and all the middle mile operation
● Managing distribution network & middle mile network with interdepartmental coordination between line haul, DC, crossdock and last mile team.
● Set performance standards and goals for all warehouse employees. Use continuous improvement to streamline warehouse processes.
● Overseeing inventory ageing, conducting logical ageing analysis and assisting in disposal of scrap and terminated shipments.
● Handling a team of 4 TL & 100+ off roll MP.
● Planning of systems & control for the smooth operations in the Dc & Crossdock
● Preparation of 5S, monitoring & controls.

● Roaster Planning of the entire team as per load.
● Weekly and Monthly performance measurement of the team.
● Hiring & Training of the team on key areas of operations.
● Monitoring of Stock unloading, Verification of Discrepancy (Short
/ Execs / Damage) and its documentation & settlement.
● Quality checking of the material received from vendors based on weight, measurement, condition, price.
● Maintaining the SLA (Service Level Agreement) to fulfil the customers’ expectations
● Maintain the TAT (TURN AROUND TIME) System.
● Monitoring the Processing department to minimize the errors in invoicing and manifest
● FIFO maintaining
● Planning the effective manpower to drive the shift smoothly
● Preparing the MIS (Management Information System) report.
● Maintaining the proper documentation and managing.
● Handling effective operational tasks at the time of huge Promotional days with efficiency
● Monitoring Monthly Stock and doing PI, variance finalization and discrepancy settlement
● To monitor and maintain the data of rejected order and sales return material with valid reason.
● Complete handling of Courier and Customer return shipment department
● Maintain the SOP
● To make weekly/daily/hourly targets planning for the process.
● Barriers/ learning / achievements / to get qualitative suggestions / success stories/team motivation and encouragement.
● Good knowledge about problems solving skills.
● Resolve the Incoming tickets of ISS (Bin check, Andon cord, Customer returns, Item missing from Inbound)
● Track the stow productivity.
● Track productivity hours wise.
● Track the picking and packing CPT wise.
● Collate the pick task zone wise.
● Improve the pick and pack productivity.
● Check the area readiness 5s and 4M.
● Good knowledge about outbound problem solving.
