Guest House & Canteen Operations Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently take and manage customer food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Schedule duty rosters for guest house and canteen staff to ensure adequate manpower coverage at all times.
• Maintain daily attendance records for all guest house and canteen personnel.
• Collect, track, and file food order slips and canteen coupons systematically.
• Ensure proper documentation and digital record-keeping of all orders and administrative processes.
• Handle vendor bill payments and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of grocery and consumable items in the canteen store.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of gym and clubhouse facilities provided for employee welfare.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and maintain quality control of food served in the staff mess and canteen.
• Organize and coordinate parties and events within guest house premises.
• Update the Monthly Attendance in the Contract Labor Management System (CLMS).
• Coordinate and facilitate visits and events involving government officials and ministers, especially for CSR activities and other functions.
• Manage overall housekeeping and maintenance operations in the guest house.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the canteen and staff mess at all times.
