Having worked with multiple projects and across asset classes of office and residential, I have been involved in the entire project life cycle from concept to the handover for MEP services. In addition, I have an extensive experience in coordinating and managing various MEP related statutory approvals (pre & post construction).

• Design Closure for complete MEP Services from benchmarking the specifications to award of tenders.
• Co-ordination with Execution team and facilitation for all Necessary approvals/tenders/to ensures timely completion.
• Liasioning with Client / PMC – for all design requirements, necessary approvals during the execution phase, including interfacing with the client for MEP requirements.
• Part of Project Monitoring Team to monitor the progress and mitigate the constraints by working with client, internal team, various project consultants and architects.

• Approvals-MOEF/ PCB/ BESCOM/BWSSB/CEIG/FIRE /HSD
• Handholding and driving the entire approval process by working with internal teams and external stakeholders (including the applicable authorities)

• Collaborating along with the commercial leasing team to: Responding to various RFPs.
• Addressing Clients ‘technical queries supporting with technical details & costing.
• Leading technical handover documentation & site visits.
• Leading technical client review meetings during various projects completion time cycle.
• SPOC from the organization to the client teams for technical/ project related queries.
