• Handle and manage the team by guiding them in day-to-day processing and ensure that all transactions are processed, and queries handled to facilitate seamless service to our client organizations under agreed turnaround time.
• Managing Import & Export Letters of Credit and Reimbursement payment transactions as per banking regulations.
• Generate daily reports for tracking the daily performance metrics of the team and transaction-based TAT status for the local office.
