• Product Lines: FDBM Refrigerator, Vacuum Cleaner's New Product Development (NPD).
• Created a new retainer for the FDBM wire basket to avoid SCR (service call reduction).
• Involved in tolerance stack-up analysis, fishbone diagram, DFM, and DFA for existing and new assemblies.
• Coordinating with the client for new concept generation, and providing designs as per requirements.
• Involved in plastics design (draft analysis) for injection molding.
• Created a new vacuum cleaner from the existing Eureka model, with the wand's flexible side connected to the brush/crevice tool, and to increase the dust bin volume.

• Product Lines: Dishwasher, Gas Cooktop/HOB Teardown, Gas Range Benchmarking, and Should-Costing.
• Updated the existing cost report Excel with additional manufacturing processes (injection molding process with insert option, blow molding, extrusion, sheet metal progressive operation, etc.).
• Complete teardown of three competitive dishwasher products (Electrolux, Whirlpool, and Bosch) for benchmarking, and should costing.
• The cost report for all three dishwasher products is created while proceeding with the teardown.
• Created a complete comparison study for all three products, comprised of electrical/electronic schematic diagrams, electronic boards, mechanical parts (material, manufacturing process), and assembly construction, including packing details.
• Provided a value proposition, cost-out ideas for material change, and simplified multiple existing parts into a single part, along with new concept designs for value added.

• Product lines: refrigerator, cooling system, new product development, and procurement.
• Coordinating with the client for new concept generation and providing designs for anti-moisture tubes, condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, solenoid valves, etc.
• Involved in delivering 3D models, detailed drawings, and supporting documents for ECR, ECN, and Article Acceptance (AA) release on Teamcenter.
• Tools used: Catia V5, PLM Teamcenter, and Boothroyd Dewhurst tool for DFMA.
